I did not see that option anywhere. Maybe you only get those features if you're a volunteer, which I am not. I upgraded to the equivalent of a paid account and got six icons slots. I think it's as good as it gets for now. That's a little disappointing because I'm such an icon fool. but hey. Maybe they will open an option for more at some point. I know that I'll never be able to get a seed account. Paid, yes, probably.
